Location: Stateside, Remote
Job Summary
Contact students who have signed up for the Google-NASH-USM Professional Certificates program.
Inquire about student progress and document responses in a designated reporting form.
Encourage and support students who may be struggling or falling behind.
Applaud and recognize students who are keeping up with the coursework.
Maintainaccurateandtimelyrecords of all student interactions and progress updates.
Provide detailed reportstomanagementregardingstudent engagement and outcomes.
Meet regularly with manager or designee to discuss student progress and any challengesidentified
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma
1-3 years of experience in student support, academic advising, or customer service.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to motivate and engage in an encouraging and professional manner.
Proficiencyin using email, spreadsheets, and online reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree
Familiarity with online learning environments or cybersecurity-related training programs
