The successful candidate will need to have strong English language skills - both written and verbal. .
The position’s responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
● Accounts Receivable
○ Preparation and posting of Invoices
○ Receipt and posting of payments
○ Customs and Tariffs Billing
○ Creation of Customer Statements
○ Creation and distribution of AR Aging Reports
● Accounts Payable
○ Review and reconciliation of Vendor Invoices
○ Posting Invoices for Payment
○ Issuing Payment Remittance Statements
● Cash Flow Reconciliations
○ Daily Credit Card Payment Reconciliations
○ Daily Cash Reconciliation
● Financial Analysis
○ Product Margin Analysis
○ Shipping Cost Recovery Analysis
○ Ad Hoc Reporting
The successful candidate must have excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills. Ideally, the
candidate will have some experience with NetSuite and Quickbooks Online.
This is a full-time, contracted, remote position with an external company
