About the Role
We’re looking for a Clinical Exercise Physiologist to join our care team on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll work directly with members to deliver structured, clinically informed movement programming within a protocol-driven care environment.
You’ll play a key role in helping members stay consistent, engaged, and progressing safely over time, using a combination of live care, asynchronous support, and ongoing data monitoring.
What You’ll Do
Design and deliver personalized, clinically informed exercise programs
Manage a panel of members, driving adherence, consistency, and long-term engagement
Monitor wearable and biometric data to guide recommendations and ensure safe participation
Respond to data trends, alerts, and engagement gaps
Provide ongoing support via in-app messaging to guide and motivate members
Collaborate with Ucardia’s care team to deliver a coordinated care experience
Identify and escalate any clinical concerns or contraindications
Maintain accurate documentation to support care delivery and compliance
Contribute to improving care protocols, programming, and member experience
What We’re Looking For
ACSM Clinical Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-CEP) or equivalent certification
Experience working with clinical populations, especially cardiometabolic conditions
Background in cardiac or pulmonary rehabilitation strongly preferred
Strong understanding of exercise prescription and risk stratification
Comfort working in a protocol-driven, data-informed care environment
Experience using or supporting wearables and health tech platforms
Strong communication skills and ability to build a supportive, motivating environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-starter who can operate independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
