The Sr. Process Engineer should be familiar with industrial processing equipment for silica, clay, and diatomaceous earth, and should be comfortable designing a process and building project estimates from scratch. This role focuses on the design of dust collection systems, water transfer systems, milling, drying, and solids handling circuits. The position requires the ability to develop process concepts and capital estimates from scratch through FEL 1 and FEL 2, along with hands-on plant experience and frequent travel to support multi-site operations. The role plans and manages capital growth, maintenance, and process related improvement projects associated with US Silica operations. Location for this role is in Central, East, or Southeast regions. The role is remote but frequent travel is expected throughout these regions.
