About the Customer Service Team
The Customer Service Team consists of 20+ people who support our customers through every step of their journey with Tylko. This covers everything from helping them configure their perfect-fit product and place an order through delivery and assembly at home – all while addressing any questions, concerns, or ideas in between. The team offers support in five languages – English, German, French, Spanish and Polish, and through their expert written and verbal communication, they ensure every customer has an amazing Tylko experience.
Main responsibilities:
Developing lasting relationships with customers via phone calls, emails, live chats, and text messages.
Managing customer relationships efficiently and effectively.
Delivering best-in-class customer experience over the phone, email, text, and live chat
Supporting our Growth team in sales-related tasks
Supporting the broader team by ensuring that customer orders, deliveries, and returns are processed seamlessly, from initiation through completion
Catching customer insights and work across marketing, tech, and operations teams to improve the overall customer experience
Thinking creatively about ways in which we can optimize each customer’s experience

Requirements
- Fluent in English and German
Experience in customer service, sales, or community development role— preferably at a consumer-centric startup
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
Friendly and patient team player who works well with a wide range of personalities
A ‘no task is too small’ attitude and passion for providing all customers with the best solution to their unique project needs.
Available to work from our Warsaw office at least once a month (and during all bigger projects and trainings)
- Interest in technical/engineering topics, particularly within the furniture industry
