Responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate, and secure performance and partnership opportunities for artists in Japan.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with promoters, venues, and event organizers.

• Coordinate with internal teams on contracts, logistics, and scheduling.

• Track market trends and provide strategic recommendations for artist activities in Japan.

• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to performances and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Entertainment, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in artist booking, live events, or music industry preferred.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills in both Japanese and English.

• Deep understanding of Japans entertainment landscape and culture.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive under fast-paced environments.
