Role Overview

We are hiring a TikTok Social Media Creative Lead to own creative direction and content strategy for an affordable teen beauty brand. This role focuses on creative leadership, TikTok-native storytelling, and building scalable content systems that drive organic growth.

This is not a personal influencer role. Success is measured by creative quality, performance consistency, and team output—not posting volume.

Core Responsibilities

1. Lead social media content creation with a strong focus on TikTok video creative planning, while supporting Instagram post creativity.

2. Develop a TikTok-first content strategy aligned with Philippine local teen culture and consumer preferences, including viral video scripts, storytelling angles, and visual creative ideas.

3. Manage the social media creative team by assigning tasks, supervising production timelines, and ensuring consistent content quality.

4. Analyze content performance data (impressions, engagement rate, follower growth) and continuously optimize creative direction to drive organic social traffic growth.

5. Work closely with the influencer business team to ensure creative content aligns with influencer collaborations and campaign needs.

Requirements

1. Proficient in English with a strong understanding of Philippine teen culture, TikTok trends, and platform-native content logic.
   Beauty content creative experience is required.

2. Minimum 2+ years of social media creative experience, with proven TikTok viral content cases in the beauty category strongly preferred.

3. Strong creative thinking, good aesthetic judgment, and the ability to quickly identify and act on trending topics.

4. Prior experience managing or guiding a creative team, with strong communication, coordination, and data-driven creative optimization skills.

Work Setup & Compensation

• Remote initially, transitioning to onsite work at CBD Manila once the office is established.

• Compensation is open and will be aligned based on experience, scope, and final role level.
