Meta Ads & Lead Generation:
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Meta ad campaigns targeted at B2B hiring decision-makers (founders, HR leaders, COOs, CEOs).
- Execute constant A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, messaging, and funnels.
- Develop high-converting lead generation strategies tailored specifically to the recruiting/staffing industry
- Build, manage, and optimize funnels and landing pages (LPs) designed to convert prospects into booked calls.
- Create and test multiple funnel variations to increase lead quality and reduce CPA.
- Collaborate with the internal team to refine messaging and improve overall campaign performance.
- Provide consistent reporting on campaign performance, insights, and opportunities for scale.
- Monitor KPIs and use data to make informed, proactive adjustments.
- Recommend strategies to improve cost-efficiency and lead quality.
- Work closely with leadership to align campaigns with business goals.
- Serve as the internal expert on paid B2B client acquisition for recruiting agencies.
- Minimum 3–5+ years experience running Meta ads specifically for recruiting or staffing companies.
- Deep understanding of B2B lead generation funnels for recruitment agencies.
- Proven experience creating landing pages and full conversion funnels.
- Demonstrated success generating high-quality inbound leads for recruiting/staffing businesses.
- Strong A/B testing experience across creatives, audiences, and funnels.
- Experience running U.S. market campaigns for U.S.-based recruiting agencies.
- Ability to work independently, analyze data, and scale profitable campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with other paid channels (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads) for B2B recruiting.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Creative skills for producing or guiding ad creative development.
- Previous remote-first work experience.
- Experience working with fast-growing agencies or startups.
