Core Tasks:
- Call past approved leads re-engage and restart loan applications
- Explain missing or expired doc requirements and guide borrowers on next steps
- Follow up consistently via phone, SMS, and email to drive document resubmission
- Overcome objections related to timing, rate changes, and documentation friction
- Rebuild urgency by communicating updated options, timelines, and approval benefits
- Maintain daily call volume and activity targets while prioritizing high-intent leads
- Track and report on key outreach and close metrics on a regular basis
- Perform other tactical sales and sales-marketing related tasks as needed
- 3+ years experience in a phone-heavy inside sales role (preferably in lending)
- Experience using Kixie or similar phone dialer tools
- Demonstrated experience achieving and exceeding quota in a sales outreach role
- 1+ years experience using Docusign and Salesforce
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work full-time EST
- Experience selling lending products or other financial services
