Source and turn raw customer insight into scroll-stopping Meta ads that meet—or beat—our NC-ROAS and retention targets before a single dollar hits the ad account. You’ll mine the voice of the customer, craft high-conversion concepts, and run an AI-powered workflow that keeps fresh creative shipping and old winners refreshed.

Distils findings into messaging hierarchies, customer avatars, and actionable creative briefs that directly inform hooks, angles, and offers. |

Must-Have Skill Set
- 5 + yrs profitably driving growth for DTC brands (≥ $50 k/mo spend) with a creative-led, funnel-first approach.
- Mastery of performance-marketing fundamentals (see #1 above).
- Portfolio of ads that materially lowered CAC—plus a clear breakdown of why they worked.
- Relentless VOC miner: comments, UGC, surveys, customer calls, competitor ads.
- Advanced ChatGPT / Gen-AI prompting to 10× concept volume and ideation speed.
- Fluent in growth math: NC-ROAS, MER, cohort LTV.
- Google Sheets power-user; can own a multi-brand performance tracker.
- Clear, concise English—written and spoken.
