Job Summary
We’re looking for a creative Email Designer (E-commerce) to craft visually engaging, on-brand email campaigns that drive results. You’ll design and optimize responsive email templates for both desktop and mobile, ensuring each campaign aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, experience in ecommerce marketing, and a passion for creating emails that convert.
Core Tasks:
- Conceptualize, design, and build engaging, on-brand email campaigns for marketing and lifecycle initiatives
- Develop responsive email templates and optimize designs for mobile and desktop experiences
- Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, and development teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling and campaign alignment
- Maintain design consistency with brand guidelines and optimize visual assets for performance and accessibility
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign results to continuously improve design effectiveness
- Create and maintain design systems, SOPs, and assist with other tactical design or admin tasks as needed
Must Have:
- 3+ years of experience in email design (preferably in an agency setting)
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, or InDesign)
- Experience with Figma, Canva, or other visual design tools
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling skills
- Strong written/ verbal English communication and collaboration skills (C-level preferred)
- Ability to work full-time EST
- Experience working with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field
