We’re looking for an AI Automation Engineer to build smart, self-learning systems that power marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more. If you’re all about blending AI, automation, and real results. This is your stage.
Core Tasks:
- Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems that autonomously plan, execute, and optimize marketing tasks (e.g., campaign setup, ad testing, creative generation, and reporting)
- Integrate LLMs, APIs, and marketing platforms (Roku ads platform, Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.) into cohesive multi-step agent frameworks
- Develop memory, reasoning, and feedback loops for agents to improve over time
- Implement automation pipelines connecting data sources (e.g., CRM, Sheets, analytics dashboards) to agentic workflows
- Collaborate with marketing and data teams to identify high-ROI use cases for AI agent
- Maintain system performance, logging, and monitoring to ensure safe, efficient operation
- 5+ years of development experience with Python or Node.js
- Strong understanding of LLMs, vector databases, API orchestration, and agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.)
- Proven experience integrating marketing APIs (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, tool calling, and autonomous task planning
- Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Strong (C-level) written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work full-time EST
- Prior experience in marketing automation or ad tech systems
- Exposure to React, RAG, or self-reflective agent architectures
- Experience working in a startup or fast paced environment
