The Junior Customer Support Manager (German or French Speaking) will be responsible for handling high-volume support requests via email and chat, hosting webinars, creating digital resources, and communicating with clients across borders.
Requirements
- Linguistic Excellence: C1-level fluency in English PLUS German or French.
- Exceptional Writing Skills: Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, warm, and professional way over email.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a Customer Support or Client Success role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- On-Camera Confidence: Comfortable hosting webinars and presenting to groups in a virtual environment.
- Solution-oriented mindset, experience with webinar tools, ability to stay organized and productive in a high-volume, remote-first workflow.
