- Use a variety of systems and technologies to own and solve problems end-to-end.
- Ensure the performance, quality, responsiveness and scalability of our applications.
- Design and execute automated tests and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues to ensure minimal downtime and high user satisfaction.
- Support a rotating on-call schedule to ensure system's uptime and protect the team's focus time.
- Collaborate with design, product, and business teammates to define, design, and ship new features and make UI/UX decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with new development trends, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to leverage the AI impact into daily work, from the discovery process to maintaining and implementing new features.
- Clear and effective communication through the company's project management tooling, prioritizing collaboration and proactive updates.
- Establish a culture of accountability, transparency, and learning, and be a culture champion on the team and across the organization.
Who you are:
- Collaborative. You are passionate about our mission and excited for the work we do. You take pride in building software that doesn't just work, but is also delightful to use
