About the Role:

We’re hiring a Platform Engineer to help scale and stabilize our core infrastructure across multiple environments. Your work will power the backbone of Trustana’s AI-native SaaS platform, enabling seamless developer experience, secure deployments, and robust platform services. You’ll work closely with backend engineers, DevOps, and product teams to automate, instrument, and harden our systems as we grow.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain internal developer platforms and infrastructure that support high-scale microservices and serverless systems (AWS ECS, Lambda, Terraform, etc.).
• Partner with engineering teams to improve deployment pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Optimize observability: set up and improve monitoring, alerting, and logging (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
• Improve systems reliability and incident response (SLOs, SLIs, on-call processes, chaos testing).
• Manage infrastructure as code and reduce manual operations across environments.
• Contribute to platform security with IAM best practices, secret management, and supply chain protections.
• Support data services scaling (Postgres, Redis, S3), and help productionize AI/ML models through efficient deployment workflows.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or similar roles.
• Strong AWS expertise (ECS, Lambda, RDS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, etc.); knowledge of GCP or Azure is a bonus.
• Proficiency with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation).
• Experience automating CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
• Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Skilled in scripting with Python, Bash, or Go.
• Understanding of monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, ELK, Loki).
• Knowledge of DevSecOps best practices is a plus (e.g., SAST, DAST, SBOMs).

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to ML infrastructure (MLOps), feature stores, or model versioning.
• Background in supporting serverless applications and event-driven architectures.
• Experience working in early-stage or scaling startups.
