About the Role

Trulife Financial is seeking an experienced Training Competence Supervisor to provide high-quality oversight to our Partner Firms, Advisers, and Practice Supervisors. You will play a key role in ensuring risk management, regulatory compliance, and strong customer outcomes across our network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver supervision in line with Trulife Financials Assurance Model and Supervision Framework
  • Provide oversight and engagement with Practice Supervisors
  • Apply effective risk management, including root cause analysis and remedial action planning
  • Use MI/data to identify trends and prioritise supervision activity
  • Influence positive behaviours around conduct, competence, and client outcomes
  • Balance commercial needs with regulatory expectations
  • Plan and manage your own supervision activities proactively

What Youll Need

  • Mortgage Advice Qualification (essential)
  • Level 4 Diploma or commitment to achieve within 18 months
  • Minimum 2 years experience supervising advisers
  • Strong understanding of the FCA TC Handbook and wider regulatory environment
  • Experience creating effective remediation plans
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, Principal, sales advisers and support team to achieve shared goals and deliver strong client outcomes.
