Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Experience building scaled web-based applications with deep understanding of business goals
  • Exceptional technical design and technical communication skills
  • Strong proficiency with one or more programming languages (Typescript/React)
  • Strong foundations in UI development and product security and or DevOps is helpful
  • Able to negotiate trade offs between product and engineering priorities to maximize the business value of engineering effort
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very collaborative environment and participation is important
  • Use AI tools for code generation, debugging, documentation, or refactoring
  • Have experience building or integrating LLM-based workflows or automation
