Requirements
- Build and lead a high-performance development team.
- Act as the technical authority, providing guidance on architecture, design patterns, and coding best practices.
- Customize out-of-the-box platforms like Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements.
- Develop new internal software solutions from scratch to support organizational processes.
- Define and implement an automated testing strategy to enhance software quality and productivity.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions by analyzing workflows, data usage, and system behavior.
- Produce thorough documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, layouts, and clear, maintainable code.
- Coordinate with vendors, advise on licensing, recommend solutions, and support testing and approval of new products.
- Safeguard confidential information and ensure adherence to security protocols.
