Assistant Controller - Marketing

Truelogic is seeking an Assistant Controller to join their Finance team and support the accounting and financial operations of their client, a digital-first marketing company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with strong accounting fundamentals, ERP experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA designation preferred or in progress.
• 3–5+ years of accounting or finance experience; public accounting experience is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Maconomy or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
