Truelogic is a leading provider of nearshore staff augmentation services. We're looking for an AI Recruiting Operations Specialist to support and optimize workflows through advanced recruiting technologies and talent intelligence processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in recruiting operations
  • Direct experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, or technical workflow management tools
  • Strong organizational capabilities with deep attention to detail and a proven background in process management and documentation
  • Highly comfortable learning, adopting, and enabling teams on new tech platforms and AI-enabled software
