We are a leading provider of nearshore staff augmentation services headquartered in New York, and we're seeking an AI Recruiting Operations Specialist to support and optimize workflows through advanced recruiting technologies and talent intelligence processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in recruiting operations, coordination, talent acquisition support, sourcing, or staffing operations.
  • Direct experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, or technical workflow management tools.
  • Strong organizational capabilities with deep attention to detail and a proven background in process management and documentation.
