Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in recruiting operations, coordination, talent acquisition support, sourcing, or staffing operations.
  • Direct experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, or technical workflow management tools.
  • Strong organizational capabilities with deep attention to detail and a proven background in process management and documentation.
  • Highly comfortable learning, adopting, and enabling teams on new tech platforms and AI-enabled software.
