AI Engineer (Remote LatAm)

We are looking for a talented AI Engineer to own and extend Trtl’s growing ecosystem of AI tools, agentic workflows, and integrations. This is a builder role — you will spend most of your time writing code and shipping solutions that make a measurable difference to how the business operates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems
• Strong working knowledge of LLMs in production
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and modern agentic frameworks
• APIs and integrations — you are comfortable building against third-party APIs and making data move reliably between systems
• Excellent English — written and spoken
