As a Client Success Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor and strategic partner for our clients, responsible for onboarding, retention, and building tailored growth strategies to drive client success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client success management (agency experience required)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven ability to manage ~20-40 clients' portfolios and success processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset with strategic thinking
• High emotional intelligence and leadership qualities
• Fluent English (written and spoken, advanced level required)
