Our organization was formed through the strategic consolidation of East Carolina Behavioral Health and CoastalCare in 2015, creating a stronger, more resilient entity capable of serving a large and diverse region. We are committed to reinvesting savings back into our communities, funding initiatives that address social determinants of health such as housing, transportation, and food insecurity.
