Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of robust Identity Governance strategies and solutions for clients.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing identity management frameworks and processes.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to client stakeholders, showcasing the business value of proposed changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement best practices in identity governance.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance to enhance their skills and project contributions.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to clients, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the engagement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in compliance regulations impacting identity governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant consulting experience, with a strong focus on identity governance solutions.
- Proficiency with identity governance tools such as SailPoint, Okta, or similar platforms.
- Previous hands-on experience with security frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex information.
- Strong proficiency in various programming languages, including Java and Python.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing project teams.
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and methods.
- Certifications in identity governance, IT security, or project management would be advantageous.
