Requirements
- 3+ years of professional backend engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python for backend development (including async programming and testing).
- Professional experience with Rust, or strong ability to read, debug, and contribute to Rust codebases.
- Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized development environments.
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills.
