Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust backend services and sleek frontend interfaces. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions with high performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities 🔧 Backend Development

• Design and build scalable backend services using Python (Django / FastAPI) and Node.js
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and support third-party API integrations
• Use tools like Postman for testing and debugging APIs
• Ensure backend performance, security, and data integrity

🎨 Frontend Development

• Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React.js
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring mockups to life
• Optimize front-end performance across devices and browsers

🚀 General Responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: planning, coding, testing, deployment, and support
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Debug and resolve issues across the stack
• Work in an agile, fast-paced environment and contribute to sprint planning and reviews
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong experience with:
  • Backend: Python, Django, FastAPI, Node.js, REST APIs, API integrations
  • Frontend: React.js
  • Tools: Postman, Git
• Solid understanding of web application architecture, security, and scalability
• Experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of modern development workflows and tools (Jira, GitHub, etc.)
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.)
