Home Office Customer Advisor (m/w/d) Logistics Backoffice position available for a 1-year temporary contract with 100% home office work. Requirements include 1+ year of customer service experience, good German language skills, and ability to work independently. Salary: 14.00 € gross per hour with a performance-based bonus.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service (call center)
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Reliability and a structured way of working
• Safe handling of the PC and enjoyment of digital interaction with customers
• Availability for 30 to 40 hours a week within service times (Mon-Fri 07:00-18:00, Sat 08:00-14:00)
• Positive attitude and the desire to learn constantly
