Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service (call center)
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
- Reliability and a structured way of working
- Safe handling of the PC and enjoyment of digital interaction with customers
- Availability for 30 to 40 hours a week within service times (Mon-Fri 07:00-18:00, Sat 08:00-14:00)
- Positive attitude and the desire to learn constantly
