Trafilea is seeking a Data Analytics Lead (Retention) to leverage advanced analytics and machine learning to optimize customer retention strategies. This role involves building predictive models, optimizing loyalty programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and enhance customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate will transform insights into strategic retention actions across multiple channels and markets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science/analytics with a strong focus on retention and customer insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong programming skills in SQL and Python (or R).
- Experienced with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Hands-on experience with CRM, CDP, and marketing attribution tools.
- Proven leadership track record - managing teams and driving cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in A/B testing and experimental design.
- Excellent communicator - capable of translating complex analyses into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
