This role operates fully remote with regular video calls and client-facing meetings. You'll partner directly with the founder as the central point of coordination between leadership, the delivery team, and clients.
Requirements
- Agency or professional services delivery experience
- Strong project and task management skills — ClickUp or similar
- Ability to juggle multiple client workstreams without losing the details
- Comfortable leading meetings and driving clarity under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal English — non-negotiable
- Working knowledge of SEO and PPC from an agency delivery standpoint
- A proactive problem-solver who flags risks before they escalate
