TLDR is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to drive high-priority initiatives, structure ambiguous problems, and design operating cadences. The role requires 5-7+ years of experience in business operations, finance, or management consulting, with a strong analytical mindset and effective cross-functional operating skills.

Requirements

5-7+ years of experience in business operations, finance, or management consulting
2 years of experience in a cross-functional ops or chief-of-staff-type role at a high-growth company
Analytically rigorous with experience building models, trackers, and analyses from scratch
Effective cross-functional operator with experience driving execution across teams
Strong communicator with ability to translate complex analysis into clear, exec-ready outputs
