Marketing Web Developer (WordPress)

Description

TITAN is hiring a Senior Web Developer.

You’ll enable fast execution (idea → live page), while maintaining clean, scalable, high-performance code.

You’ll be the sole owner of the codebase, embedded in the marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the WordPress website and infrastructure
• Build and scale custom Gutenberg components
• Ship landing pages and experiments quickly
• Ensure excellent performance (Core Web Vitals)
• Manage Git workflows, CI/CD, and deployments
• Handle hosting (WP Engine / AWS) and environments
• Write clean, maintainable code (no hacky fixes)

Requirements

• Strong WordPress + Gutenberg experience
• Solid PHP + JavaScript skills
• Experience with custom components (not page builders)
• Strong understanding of performance optimization
• Experience with Git and deployments
• Good English communication

Nice to Have:

• AWS / cloud experience
• CI/CD setup
• High-traffic marketing sites
• Salesforce or similar integrations
• Familiarity with automated testing
• Familiarity with technical SEO considerations for marketing websites
• Experience using monitoring or performance tools
