The role will support operational excellence, customer experience, and financial performance across the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in workforce management with an emphasis on forecasting, capacity planning, or related analytics roles in a service or contact center environment.
- Proven success leading teams and/or large-scale forecasting and planning initiatives.
- Expertise in building and managing advanced forecast and capacity models using tools such as Excel, Python, R, or Workforce Management Platforms (NICE IEX, Aspect WFM, etc.)
