The role involves owning support inboxes, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining response templates. Requirements

  • Own our support inboxes (email, text, Instagram DMs, and the occasional phone call)
  • Respond with warmth, clarity, and lightning-speed kindness
  • Maintain our response templates so they sound like Tin Can
  • Make it feel personal: whether it's solving a problem or celebrating a kid's first solo call
  • Support daily manual workflows and help automate tasks
