Partnership Officer - Hawassa

Tiko is seeking a Partnership Officer to manage relationships with county governments, local partners, and community-based organisations. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between Tiko and local stakeholders, ensuring operational execution aligns with local realities and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing relationships with government stakeholders and community-based organisations
• Strong communication and representation skills, including experience engaging with donors or public audiences
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across teams and align diverse stakeholders
• Experience working in field operations or programme implementation contexts
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to mentor or support colleagues when needed
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
