Requirements
- Proven experience managing relationships with government stakeholders and community-based organisations
- Strong communication and representation skills, including experience engaging with donors or public audiences
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across teams and align diverse stakeholders
- Experience working in field operations or programme implementation contexts
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to mentor or support colleagues when needed
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
