Tickmill is looking to hire a Business Development Manager who will support the Company in expanding its business operations for multi-asset products in the Turkey region.

This role involves prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and managing the onboarding of new affiliates, ensuring they are successfully integrated into the company’s partnership structure.

What the role looks like?

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s international partnerships and strengthening its presence across Turkish‑speaking and regional markets. This position focuses on strategic relationship development, B2B partnerships, and commercial growth in international environments.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and execute strategic outreach initiatives via direct communication, LinkedIn, email, and industry events to engage prospective partners globally.
  • Build, manage, and optimize a structured partnership pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion of qualified leads into long-term business relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a network of partners, including regional representatives, affiliates, and institutional counterparties, in jurisdictions where the company operates in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with high-value partners and stakeholders at an international level.
  • Present the company’s value proposition to prospective partners, negotiate commercial terms, and manage the full lifecycle of partnership development.
  • Oversee onboarding processes for new partners, including agreement coordination and alignment with internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth partner integration and ongoing relationship management.
  • Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Track and report KPIs such as partner acquisition, engagement metrics, and overall partnership performance.

What you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships within financial services or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of partnership models, B2B acquisition channels, and commercial relationship management.
  • Proven ability to develop and close partnership deals in fast-paced, competitive environments.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English (written and spoken).
  • University degree.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline and performance management.
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company’s international growth strategy.
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events when required.
