Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience facilitating Agile sprints and driving delivery momentum
- Significant experience with the Salesforce suite of products
- Deep familiarity with the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) and the federal ATO process
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing large, complex Agile projects
- Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent; Salesforce certifications in Sales and Experience Cloud (Preferred)
