We are seeking a Scrum Master to serve as the cornerstone of our federal practice. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives on the challenge of facilitating Agile sprints and driving delivery momentum within complex federal environments.

Requirements

5-7+ years of experience facilitating Agile sprints and driving delivery momentum
Significant experience with the Salesforce suite of products
Deep familiarity with the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) and the federal ATO process
Proven leadership skills and experience in managing large, complex Agile projects
Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent; Salesforce certifications in Sales and Experience Cloud (Preferred)
