As a Trainer at Thunder, you will play a critical role in driving successful user adoption following the implementation of new Salesforce + AWS solutions.

Requirements

  • Design and deliver end-user training programs specifically tailored for customers following the implementation of Salesforce, AWS, or other related systems
  • Facilitate virtual and/or live training sessions and readiness activities, providing hands-on coaching and support during and after training sessions
  • Conduct needs analysis for each client to customize training content to their specific use-case and user profile
  • Maintain clear communication and collaboration with internal Thunder teams and client business leads throughout the lifecycle of training development
