Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Experience (CX) or a related support role
- Background in financial products, fintech, or investing is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Experience managing support tickets across multiple platforms
- Resourceful troubleshooting skills and experience escalating technical issues when necessary
