Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
- Strong expertise in ITAM, HAM/SAM implementations, asset lifecycle management, integrations, and CMDB alignment
- Good understanding of CMDB and asset relationship mapping
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise asset and endpoint management tools
- Strong scripting skills using JavaScript and Glide APIs
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Integration Hub
