Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or administrative support role
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Understanding of project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, ServiceNow, MS Project or similar)
- Experience in generating reports to track progress and performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on English language
- Ability to collaborate with global teams and work across time zones effectively
- Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy in reporting and documentation
