Requirements
- Design, develop, and deploy n8n workflows (and custom JavaScript functions) to connect to vendor, customer, and OEM APIs and data sources
- Monitor existing integrations for errors or performance bottlenecks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define data schemas and API contracts
- Contribute to Hatch’s overall automation strategy
- Partner with Leads, Customer Success, and Engineers to gather detailed integration requirements
- Implement monitoring dashboards and alerts
- Serve as primary escalation point for integration-related incidents
