Because we’re growing, we’re looking for a Data Analyst to help take our data, reporting, and insights to the next level!

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about data and digital media, loves turning numbers into clear insights, and thrives on solving problems. You enjoy working on dashboards, exploring performance trends, and making data easy to understand for everyone. At The Next Ad, we care just as much about mindset and attitude as we do about experience.

You’ll join a fun, driven, and supportive team and work closely with colleagues and partners to make reporting an actual driver of decision-making. Every day is different, and the insights you provide will directly impact how campaigns perform.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Build and maintain dashboards, including designing, documenting, and improving them to enhance usability, performance, and metric clarity

• Help define and prioritise reporting workflows and features that make data more useful for the business

• Conduct exploratory and ad-hoc analyses by turning business questions into clear approaches, applying the right methods, and delivering actionable insights

• Identify recurring requests and turn them into scalable, reusable solutions where possible

• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, align on KPIs and definitions, and present results in a way that supports decision-making

Requirements

What we’re looking for

• Experience in reporting, data, or analytics within digital media or marketing.

• Excellent written and spoken English is required; proficiency in Dutch is an advantage

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make insights simple and actionable.

• Experience managing complex projects and working with multiple stakeholders.

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, and a collaborative team player.

• Excellent communication skills to explain data clearly to different teams.

• Ideally, with a background in campaign management

Skills & knowledge

• Power BI, Supermetrics, and other reporting/dashboarding tools such as Looker Studio.

• Familiarity with data integration is a plus.

• Knowledge of reporting from platforms such as Meta, CM360, DV360, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, Teads, and The Trade Desk.

• Understanding of media taxonomy for consistent reporting.
