Founding Partnerships Lead

We're a high-growth company redefining email marketing for e-commerce brands. As our first partnerships hire, you'll build an entire top-of-funnel engine from scratch and own how LTV.ai shows up across the agency landscape, the tech ecosystem, and every industry event that matters.

Requirements

• 6+ years in partnerships, BD, or GTM roles, with meaningful time building programs from 0→1
• Prior experience in e-commerce SaaS, MarTech, or retention-adjacent platforms
• Deep rolodex in the e-commerce agency world, or a clear track record of building one quickly
• Strong commercial instincts, event and field marketing chops, and AI-first operator
