The Role: Product Manager
The Product Manager will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement. You will define the product roadmap, gather and refine requirements, and collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery. This role combines strategy, execution, and adaptability to deliver high-impact solutions that align with company goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and refine product requirements

• Develop and maintain product documentation, including specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Partner with engineering teams to deliver high-quality product features on time

• Monitor product performance, collect feedback, and implement continuous improvements

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks

• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration

• Align product features with customer needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility

• Share product updates and releases with both internal teams and external stakeholders

• Analyse performance metrics and user insights to inform decision-making

About You

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 7+ years of experience in product management or a related role

• Proven success leading complex projects in fast-paced environments

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies

• Proficiency with product management tools

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design thinking methodologies

• Technical background or strong collaboration experience with engineering teams

• Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau)

• Interest in health tech applications and emerging technologies
