Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Remote Sales Representative to support lead generation and business development efforts through outbound cold calling. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and consistently following up to create new business opportunities. You will work closely with the business owner by setting qualified opportunities, while all closing activities will be handled separately. The ideal candidate is a proactive and organized professional with strong communication skills, a confident phone presence, and proven experience in sales and cold calling. This role requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple leads, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and deliver consistent daily activity and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to targeted businesses.
  • Identify and engage with purchasing departments and key decision-makers.
  • Generate, qualify, and develop new leads.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to advance opportunities.
  • Provide daily reports on activities, progress, and results.
  • Focus on lead generation and setting opportunities, with closing handled by the business owner.
  • Research target businesses in assigned markets.
  • Update and manage leads in the CRM.
  • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, including cold calling.
  • Demonstrated experience in closed sales.
  • High level of energy with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Confidence in conducting sales calls and engaging prospects professionally.
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools is preferred.
  • Professional demeanor with a strong phone presence and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management).
  • Out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and confident approach.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to understand and follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs.
  • Interested in long-term career opportunities.
  • Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • 100% remote work.
  • Compensation in USD.
