Requirements
- 2+ years in Customer Success, Customer Support, or phone-based sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with CRM systems, Slack, and remote work environments
- Proven ability to manage high call volume and maintain performance standards
- Strong relationship-building and objection-handling skills
