(Senior) Process and Integration Engineer (m/f/d)

What you'll be doing:

• You collaborate with business departments to analyze, design, and develop improved processes that enhance organizational efficiency.
• You analyze and design data flows within our Composable Commerce Architecture that support these new processes.
• You implement these processes using our low-code platform Workato (iPaaS) – from simple automations to complex integrations.
• You develop solutions that are built to scale – not just 'quick fixes'. You help define quality standards, think sustainably, and ensure that processes are implemented to be scalable and maintainable.
• You act as a bridge between business departments, IT, and management – always focusing on clarity and efficiency.
• You work closely with our Domain Integration experts to establish a shared understanding of quality and standards.
• You are a shaper, not an administrator: you question the status quo and develop smarter, better solutions.

What you should bring:

• 3+ years of experience in a role focused on process engineering, business analysis, or integration development.
• Hands-on experience with Workato or similar iPaaS/low-code platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier, Mulesoft).
• Strong business and stakeholder management skills: you can listen, understand, and effectively challenge requirements to find the best solution.
• Strong analytical mindset – you love clean data flows and can turn complex business needs into robust technical solutions.
• You think in interfaces, triggers, payloads, queues, and exceptions – and always aim for the scalable solution.
• Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
